Biodynamic Wines
All biodynamic wines are organic, but they go much further than conventional organic farming. Biodynamic methods are followed when growing the grapes, but also in the winery. Biodynamic practices sound unusual as special supplements are added to the soil and a planting calendar based on astrological configurations is used. We used to be sceptical of the methodology, but many of the best wines in our range are biodynamic, so the proof is in the tasting!
