Mee Godard was born in South Korea but adopted by a French couple. She studied in both Oregon and Montpellier before acquiring some choice plots in Beaujolais. She began by introducing a program of lutte raisonnee, converted to organic in 2016 and started to introduce some biodynamic principles in the more recent vintages. Jancis Robinson said ' They're wines would grace the finest tables'. Their purity and intensity define the wines.
